Dr Vikas Kumar Agrawal is a dynamic academic leader and an accomplished administrator with over two decades of distinguished experience with the same sponsoring body in higher education governance, institutional development and academic excellence. As the Registrar of K D University, Mathura, he is instrumental in driving administrative efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance and strengthening the university’s academic and operational framework.

With deep expertise in liaising with statutory and regulatory bodies such as AICTE, NMC, DCI, PCI and NCTE, Dr Agrawal has consistently led institutions through critical approvals, inspections and quality assurance processes. His leadership is defined by a strong commitment to transparency, accountability and system-driven governance.

Holding a Ph D in Education, along with advanced qualifications in Microbiology, Management and Education, Dr Agrawal brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to academic administration. His career spans key leadership roles including Registrar, senior academic positions and multiple administrative portfolios, where he has successfully implemented policies, streamlined processes and enhanced institutional performance. He has a vast experience in organizing national & international conferences, seminars, orientation programs, cultural activities which will certainly reflect in university sponsored functions.
